How about something adult, new, fun for both sexes, and a little bit messy?
Paint'nPitchers Painting Parties
We'd love to help fund raise for your group with a paint party. Together we'll create a super fun atmosphere, encouraginge attendees to give more than they planned. If you don't have the space, let us know, there are restaurants we have worked with who would love to host.
Fundraisers are scheduled just like a Private Party.
If you have over 25 painters, an EXTRA $5 from every seat sold will be donated back to your organization
Choose and project in the library
A link to the party-page will be provided so guests can sign up in advance and a personalized invitation to email out. You can also choose to make your fundraiser public. We'll advertise your event (if you wish) on Facebook through our page
We provide aprons and all art materials. We need you to provide table and chair seating for all your guests
Please encourage your guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party's start time to settle in with a drink and a snack.
A $100.00 deposit will hold the date for your party*
Bookings can be handled one of two ways
We'll do up a link on this site. The link will have all the pertinent information you want on it. All the bookings would be through us so you don't have to worry about keeping track. Payments made through PayPal or credit cards are subject to a 3% transaction fee. ( We share the 6% cost with you) We encourage attendees to pay by e-transfer so you retain all the money raised.
Your team handles all the bookings and tells us how many are people are coming. You take the funds and pay us the invoiced amount. We'll need a non refundable* deposit of $100.00.
