Private Parties (Adults) & Corporate Events
A $100.00 deposit will hold the date for your party*
 
  • Minimum of 6 painters
  • Choice of: any painting in our library or suggest one
  • A personalized invitation will be provided to the host so guests can sign up in advance.
  • We provide aprons and all art materials. We need you to provide table and chair seating for all your guests.
  • Please encourage your guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to your painting start time to settle in with a drink and a snack. Private parties that start late (30 minutes or longer) may be subject to a late fee of $20.00 per 30 minutes)
  • If there are any unpaid charges, they will be deducted from the deposit prior to the refund.
  • If there are any unpaid charges, including parties running 30 minutes over [that are not caused by the artist(s)], they will be deducted from the deposit prior to the refund.
*Cancellation Policy
 A credit will be given for individuals cancelling with at least 24-hours notice. To give cancellation notice, please send an email to paintnpitchers .
While "No shows"  will not be issued store credit or refunds, we understand there are emergencies. Talk to us.
 
We need a minimum of 7 days notice of cancellation before your party date to grant a deposit refund or rescheduled date.
A  deposit placed less than 7 days before the party date will not be eligible for either refund or reschedule. All refunds made 7 days before the event will be charged a $30 cancellation fee (taken out of the deposit). Again, we understand things happen. Contact us and we'll see if we can help.
If all party costs are met—paid registrations for all guests [minimum of 6 for adults and 10 for kids]—the full deposit will be refunded the day after the event.
Registration fees will be refunded when the class is cancelled by us for reasons other than weather, otherwise store credits will be issue or fees will be applied to a new event.

Sorry, we can't give refunds on same day cancellations of parties.

Paint & Popcorn Kids Parties
A $100.00 deposit will hold the date for your party*
  • Minimum of 10 paid seats. additional children are $10. each
  • Choice of any painting in our library—kids section, or suggest an idea and we'll see if we can work it out
  • We do not supply any food or cake.
  • We need you to supply table and chair space for each little painter
  • We supply aprons and all art supplies
  • We ask that one parent per five child children are available ( in other room) if needed
  • Start time: Please tell your guests to arrive 15 minutes before the painting starts as we do begin our classes on time
  •  Parties that start late (30 minutes or longer) will be subject to a late fee of $20.00 per 30 minutes).
  • If there are any unpaid charges, including parties running 30 minutes over [that are not caused by the artist(s)], they will be deducted from the deposit prior to the refund.

 
Fundraisers
A $150.00 deposit will hold the date for your party*
  • Fundraisers are scheduled just like a Private Party. 
  • If you have over 25 painters, PaintnPitchers will donate back to your organization, $5 from every seat sold.
  • Minimum of 6 painters.
  • Choice of any painting in our library or suggest one and we'll see if we can do it
  • A personalized invitation will be provided to the host so guests can sign up in advance. You can also choose to make your fundraiser public. We will advertise your event( if you wish) on Facebook through our page and any other pertinent ones
  • We provide aprons and all art materials. We need you to provide table and chair seating for all your guests
  • Please encourage your guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to your painting start time to settle in with a drink and a snack. Private parties that start late (30 minutes or longer) may be subject to a late fee of $20.00 per 30 minutes)

Billing Errors, Corrections. We reserve the right to correct a balance if we believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error occurred. If you have questions regarding your transaction history or any correction, please call us. We'll look into it right away let you know what we find. If an error was made, we'll fix it. We shall have no liability for any billing error unless you provide us notice within 60 days of the date of the transaction in question.
